An experienced legal professional, Kathy Walter-Mack serves as the chief of staff to the chancellor and as associate vice chancellor of human resources at Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City, Missouri. Her responsibilities include overseeing projects and initiatives for five campuses within the community college system and guiding staff recruitment, compensation, and compliance. In addition, Kathy Walter-Mack has established programs for new-employee onboarding and training, as well as creating a leadership development academy that will be implemented this coming spring.
