A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Emory University, in Atlanta, Georgia, Maral Cavner has already achieved much in her chosen professional field of public service. In 2011, Ms. Cavner served as an intern for the International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) in Washington, DC and Dharamshala, India. Her duties with the ICT included developing a catalog of over 200 children’s textbooks for a new educational library in Dharamshala. Ms. Cavner also raised money to fund the construction of the library and to help pay the salaries of staff members.
In May of 2015 Maral Cavner completed graduate work in Conflict and Dispute Resolution at Missouri State University, graduating in the top 1% of her program.
