I believe that the solution to the problems are within the people. Over the years, I discovered that the technical knowledge is not everything. People focused to the solution of the problem and the reply to the costumer is the most important thing. These people should give due importance to the written language and processes. The management level should charge a simple and effective process, one that shall be operated in standalone mode, automatic. My story comes down to well execute the service that was proposed.
