Phil Lee is a Partner in the Privacy, Security and Information Group at Fieldfisher, and runs its US Office in Silicon Valley, California. He holds CIPP(E) and CIPM status, and is a member of the IAPP's Privacy Faculty. Phil has particular specialisms in behavioural profiling and cookie regulation, e-marketing, and international data transfer strategies (including binding corporate rules).
