Rita Kop Ph.D. works as Dean of the Faculty of Education at Yorkville University, a fully online university . She was a researcher for the National Research Council of Canada's Institute of Information Technologies from 2009 till 2012 and researched Personal Learning Environments and Massive Open Online Courses. Rita came to Canada from the UK, where she worked as Assistant Professor in Adult Continuing Education at Swansea University, and where she also managed e-learning research and large digital inclusion projects.
