I work as an independent consultant, advising non-profits and cultural organisations, NGOs and government bodies, helping to shape and initiate their thinking and development. I draw on the practical experience of understanding, managing and transforming public sector cultural institutions over many years together with private sector experience in telecoms and computer services companies.
