I started my professional career as Program Coordinator with SPO Punjab in 2000, after a long association of more than 5 years with SPO as a volunteer Local Resource Person. In 2002, I was promoted as Senior Coordinator, Gender and Capacity Building where I assume the responsibilities of implementing and supervising the capacity building programme of SPO in the entire region. In this capacity, I designed various training packages and imparted a number of training workshops.
