I was raised as a Third Culture Child, and called Hong Kong home for 43 years. Seeking new adventures in 2009, we moved to China. I joined the Western International School of Shanghai, as a Grade 5 homeroom teacher, and then as PYP Coordinator and Deputy Principal. After 6 wonderful years we made the move to the UAE. Over the past 18 years, I have had the privilege of teaching, mentoring, and coaching learners from the ages of 3 through to adult learners. I have taught in state schools in NZ, and international schools in Hong Kong, China and the Middle East.
