  • About Based on my work experience in manufacturing and assembly, both related to process improvement and quality management, my key interest is related to programs with the goal to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of production processes. I deeply believe in the benefits through applying Lean management, Six Sigma and other modern manufacturing strategies to achieve an agile and flexible production. However, I have also developed a strong interest in change management, organizational culture, and strategy management, as these go hand in hand with implementing new programs.
