Education

The University of Michigan Injury Center is one of nine Injury Control Research Centers funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Working closely with faculty across many disciplines, with regional education and public health partners, and in close coordination with the CDC, we generate and share new findings about injury prevention that can impact both policy and individual behavior. Our work encompasses both intentional injury and unintentional injury. We have particular focus on concussion, transportation safety, violence, prescription drug overdose, and suicide.
