I am CEO of Coaching Nederland, an organisation who supports people and teams in organisations in their search for improvement. In 2001 I founded the Dutch Association for Professional coaches, NOBCO. My vision is that coaching is one of the most effectives ways to improve performance and happiness of people and my related mission is to further develop the beautiful 'Art of Coaching' for the benefit of the coaches and even more, their clients.
