A creative strategy leader with a natural instinct for how people think, connect and participate with brands. As iris' original planning hire and an agency partner I’ve spent the last nine years taking the agency from 100 people in London to a global network of over 1,000 - producing award-winning culturally-led work for pioneering brands that include Samsung, Adidas and MINI. Whether it's a solo creative project, the team sport that is communications, or building a company my motivation is simple. I like the process of creation: from the raw excitement of a new idea to the satisfaction of a finished product, to the realisation that the end is really just the beginning.
