I work as Peak Performance Coach & Trainer. I enjoy fitness, martial arts, writing, sports, reading, psychology, hypnosis, nlp, cognitive neuroscience, motivational speaking, and challenges. Without challenges in our lives - it would be so boring, wouldn't it? Besides running my business ventures as well as the coaching I do, I'm also involved in other organizations. Currently I help run Survival Solutions JKD as President in which I'm certified as a Senior Instructor in JKD, Kali, Silat, OFT, Master Instructor in CQC, a 5th degree black belt in Shaolin Kenpo, Master Instructor under Al Case, 1st grade black belt (Sho-Dan) in Jissen Karate-Do, Sho-Dan in Shorikan Goju Ryu Karate, a 1st
