It isn't enough to only speak at people anymore, to see them as "consumers."
That was the old way.
I tell the story of a brand humanly by knowing the audience. Observing and understanding their desires, priorities, aspirations, and disappointments. Know how they live, in the physical and digital world; and exactly where a brand can fit within their structure and enhance it.
My goals are to create things that touch people at a human level, to alter or strengthen a brand perception, and make a cultural impact.
