Cassandra is currently Manager of the ESAP program at UNISA, an academic intervention program targeting first-year students who have been identified as 'at-risk'. Prior to this appointment she had extensive experience in the international education industry, primarily in management roles supporting the needs of international students. She has been responsible for the strategic direction of international student support at two Australia universities, and enjoys a national profile for her work.
