Dr Chang is a senior lecturer in Marketing at Westminster Business School. Prior to joining Westminster Business School, she studied in Australia, Malaysia and the UK. Dr Chang worked in the corporate world for over 25 years, mostly in manufacturing sector, where she held a number of senior management positions. She also consulted for a variety of small and medium-sized organisations in Malaysia and the UK in the area of new venture creation and corporate entrepreneurship. During this time, Dr Chang initiated six entrepreneurial ventures. Dr Jane Chang is passionate on the subject of entrepreneurship education.
