Christian Costamagna, Ph.D. was born in Piedmont, Italy, in 1979. PhD - Historical Sciences (University of Oriental Piedmont, Italy). "The causes of the political reforms in Serbia and the ascent to power of Slobodan Milosevic. A communist regime looking for new legitimacy". MA - International Relations (University of Torino, Italy). BA - Communication Sciences (University of Torino, Italy). He did field research for his dissertation about the political reforms in Serbia and Yugoslavia during the second half of the 1980s.
