New Impulse Technologies was established in 1991 specially for creating a new technology on oil fire extinguishing. The company was established in the city of Kiev, USSR, the Republic of Ukraine. The company’s creator and holder of 99% shares is Ivanov Valeriy.
Valeriy Ivanov is the owner of the Impulse Storm technology.
During 1991 to 1992 at the company’s own expense 23 Impulse Storm tanks were constructed, which are currently functioning in Ukraine, Russia, and Yemen. In the result of liquidation of the USSR, in 1992 the company was re-registered in the state of Ukraine. ...
