Defensor siempre de un DCU, evolucioné del diseño visual al de interacción. Actualmente sigo interesándome por otros campos de la UX. Los últimos 10 años llevo inmerso en proyectos de administración electrónica trabajando “in-house”. Mis retos pasan por integrar diseño y usuarios en todas las etapas de desarrollo y vida del servicio, (no siempre tan obvio en este sector) creando así una Administración que ofrezca mejores experiencias a sus ciudadanos y empleados, fomentando su uso y su consecuente ahorro.
