After finishing my studies in Logic and Science Philosophy I had my first professional experience on Expert Systems and Symbolic Programming Languages as part of the first generation of Artificial Intelligence techniques in the late eighties. I have been responsible for European Projects in ATOS and participated in research projects of the European Union related to software development and process improvement publishing several essays on these topics (see below), and I am proud of my contribution to the design and implementation of an Electronic Health Record system for Hospital Cliníco de Madrid and the International Criminal Court Digital Justice Solutions.
