I lead and inspire professional teams championing active change within companies. I design and implement a digital narrative, doing journalistic due diligence on the company story. I'm hands on, actively writing, scripting, filming, directing and editing. Having led teams of 300+, I understand the pressures of both deadlines and budgets. I'm always scouting for brilliant collaborators who want to change something rather than just talk about it. I do selected public speaking, either keynotes or focussed in-company workshops.Over the last decade, Critical Distance has grown into a virtual guild of writers, consultants and researchers who specialize in helping teams to build a strategy.
