Mark Morrell is the Intranet Pioneer, using his first-hand experience as an intranet manager and consultant to develop the best intranets that help people to be more productive and effective. Mark has worked since 1996 with 40 organisations including BT, Centrica, TeliaSonera, Teva Pharmaceuticals and UK local government. At BT, Mark successfully pioneered how to create a strategy, supported by a governance framework, with measurable benefits that was recognised as setting global intranet best practice. So wide and deep are his experiences that Mark has written a book on intranet governance ‘Digital success or digital disaster?’.
