Teacher and principal Matthew Corallo has a long history of involvement in small and innovative educational institutions. After having worked for several years as a high school social studies teacher, Matthew Corallo co-founded the Bushwick School for Social Justice in Brooklyn. During his three years at Bushwick, he taught ninth and tenth grade social studies classes, and also was Dean of Students. More recently, Matthew Corallo served as Principal at the High School of Hospitality Management in New York City. In addition to handling budget management and staff development, he supervised the school’s cafeteria operations for the Campus Council.
