Marcos Polanco is an innovation coach & consultant. As a Stanford-trained software engineer, he invented and patented an early machine learning algorithm, then founded a social search startup to commercialize it. Entering public service in Puerto Rico, he catalyzed $110M of investment by US firms including Microsoft, Lockheed Martin and Honeywell Aerospace. As a Founder Institute Director, he has helped launch over 50 companies across Silicon Valley and Latin America. As a Kauffman Fellow, he organizes events for investors raising venture funds.
