Defended PhD dissertation on the institutional independence of energy regulatory authorities at FEBA. Frequent guest-lecturer at the Diplomatic Institute (at the Bulgarian MFA) and author of many energy-related publications. Specializations: IVLP/Global Energy Security (US State Dept), Generation Next (Russia); also at PURC, FSR, Azerbaijdan Dipl. Academy, etc.
