About
During my career I've been lucky enough to work with a wide variety of UX related projects (across web, mobile, B2B and B2C) and deliverables (prototyping, concept development, usability testing, focus groups, web analytics, online strategy)
In my work I focus on demystifying UX and building products which help users accomplish their goals by establishing a solid foundation of research and data.
My biggest professional successes have been with moving UX away from sitting at the "kids table" and to educate all project stakeholders with the importance of putting users first and cutting through intra-organisational BS to deliver truly delightful user experiences.
