Pascal Verhoest is professor of Political Economy of Communication and researcher at the Free University of Brussels. Alongside he works as consultant in IT based innovation in the public sector and social economy. From 2010 to 2014 Pascal Verhoest was Director of Research and Services at Artevelde University College in Ghent (B). His assignment was to reform the organisation of research and services of the University College and to attract new contracts and subsidies.
