For more than 18 years, Martina Hodges-Schell has been leading the people who make some of our most interesting and useful products. She is co-author of Communicating the UX Vision, which is all about reducing friction by getting people to talk with one another. Martina leads the Product Management and Design practice of Pivotal Labs London. At Pivotal, Martina and her team work to transform large enterprises so that they can adopt modern product practices, with a strong emphasis on Lean, Agile, Balanced Team, and Design Thinking.
