I lead strategic consulting, surveys, and other research studies to help academia transition to the technological and economic context of the 21st Century. I focus principally on academic libraries, scholarly societies, and scholarly publishers and platforms, working to help these organizations understand their user communities and develop innovative services and strategies to meet their changing needs.
