About
"No interface can survive the first impact with the end-users" - I work with this belief in mind.
1. User Experience
I start my work with this assumption and ensure to optimize the deliverables for user needs by synthesizing the learning about users from multiple sources in absence of direct access to users. Active Listening coupled with critical thinking helps me understand the requirement, once the requirements are understood pertaining to Business goals, user goals.
The thoughts & solutions manifest themselves into different artefacts including not limited to User Flows, Task Flows, Sitemaps, Sketches, Wireframes as well as Prototypes.
