I'm a User Experience Research Consultant to help companies shape their strategy and discover new opportunities or improve the ones they have.
I love conducting ethnographic research in order to bring to life how people think, act and feel. I have 19 years of online experience, am naturally empathic and have a good understanding of behavioural psychology. This combination allows me to help companies design successful services that work well and meet customers’ needs.
