About
Analyze and optimize the use of taxonomies and metadata throughout the Digital Retail experience. Support findability and discoverability of digital content. Manage content relationships and standards, and design and implement customer-facing hierarchies, navigation, and content structure.
Conducted a content and template inventory and analysis of REI.com. Developed digital retail standards for front-end developers and user experience designers. Developed a metadata application profile for an REI business line. Built a new taxonomy to categorize the company's large and diverse product assortment and coordinated the implementation of that taxonomy with the company's new CMS.
