As a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant I understand the complexities of work and ill-health and the effects on the individual endeavouring to return to work. I have expertise in specific assessments and outcome measures to support employees and employers to enable a safe and timely return to work. I have been trained to assess an individuals functional capacity and the barriers identified that may hinder a good return to work.
